A corporate apostille service in Singapore saves your team from learning three different systems: the notary's diary, SAL's online request and counter at The Adelphi, and each embassy's own rules. We run that chain for businesses as a repeat service, so your people send documents and get them back finished, with one invoice at the end of the month.
We are a private service provider and are not affiliated with the Singapore Academy of Law. For the rules on which company documents need a notary and which go straight to SAL, see our company documents apostille page; this page is about how we work with businesses.
Who uses our corporate apostille service
- Corporate secretaries and corporate service providers preparing ACRA Business Profiles, certificates of incorporation and board resolutions for clients' overseas banks and registries.
- Law firms that need notarised and apostilled contracts, affidavits and powers of attorney for cross-border deals and litigation, often with a translation.
- HR and relocation teams handling passport copies, degree certificates and police certificates for staff posted overseas or applying for visas.
- Companies expanding abroad that need a constitution, ACRA profile and board resolution legalised to set up a subsidiary or branch. See apostille for overseas company setup.
- Trading and manufacturing businesses with chamber-endorsed invoices, certificates of origin and distribution agreements.
A Singapore semiconductor company needed four employees' passports notarised and apostilled for China business visas, and asked whether Chinese Embassy legalisation was still needed. It was not. China has applied the Apostille Convention since 7 November 2023, so notarisation plus the SAL apostille is the full route, with no embassy stage.

| Monthly invoicing | One tax invoice per month against your UEN, with a line per order and cost-centre references |
| Bulk rates | 10% off our fees from 10 documents a month; 15% off from 25 documents a month |
| Fixed quotes | Price confirmed per order before work starts, within 30 minutes during opening hours; government fees at cost |

Government fees are passed through without mark-up and shown separately on each invoice, which helps finance teams reconcile costs. Standard fees and add-ons are on our apostille price page, and the bulk discount applies to our fees on top of those.
Director signing at your office
Many company documents are private documents. A board resolution, a power of attorney appointing an overseas agent, a director's declaration or a secretary's certificate must be signed before a notary public, then authenticated by SAL.
We bring a notary to your office so directors do not have to leave work:
- one visit can cover several directors and several documents
- each director brings an original NRIC or passport
- documents are left unsigned until the notary is present
- the notary may ask to see the company's constitution or a resolution authorising the signatory
The notary fee scale sets execution fees of SGD 40 for the first signer, SGD 20 for the second and SGD 10 for each further signer on the same document, charged on top of the SGD 75 notarial certificate, so grouping signatures on one document in one visit is cheaper than separate appointments. For more on office and home visits, see our doorstep apostille service.
A law firm needed a completion certificate and a contract translated into Arabic, with the translations notarised and apostilled. For work like this, the translator's declaration is signed before the notary, SAL authenticates it, and every party name is proof-read against the source first, since a translation error found after the apostille means starting again.
Urgent and bulk legalisation for businesses
Bulk. Large batches, such as 40-page constitutions with ACRA extracts, or a dozen staff degree certificates, are checked page by page before submission. SAL rejects laminated, altered or faded documents and faulty QR codes, and its fees are non-refundable, so our checks protect your budget.
Urgent. Deal closings and board deadlines rarely wait. With notarisation in the morning and SAL lodgement before the counter closes at 4:30pm, many notarised documents can be finished the same working day. See our same-day apostille service for cut-offs.
Embassy stages. For non-Hague destinations we manage the embassy step too, including UAE Embassy submissions and translations into Arabic, Chinese or French. See our embassy legalisation service.
Translations. Where a foreign registry needs a translated constitution or ACRA profile, we proof-read company names, UENs and director names against the source before notarisation, because a single wrong character means starting over.
Confidentiality and document handling
Company documents often contain shareholder details, pricing and personal data of staff. We handle them on a need-to-know basis:
- we will sign your NDA or confidentiality undertaking before receiving documents
- personal data is handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA); questions go to info@apostilleservicesingapore.sg, and our privacy policy sets out the details
- access to your documents is limited to the staff handling your order
- originals are carried in sealed envelopes and signed for at each handover
- copies and scans are deleted 3 days after the service is delivered; invoices and transaction records are kept as Singapore law requires
Couriered returns go only to an address in Singapore that you nominate.
Open a corporate account
Opening an account takes one form and a short call. We need:
- company name and UEN
- billing contact and invoicing preferences
- the documents and destinations you handle most often
- expected monthly volume and usual deadlines
- your NDA, if you use one
We then send your account terms, rates and a named contact within 1 working day. Account terms sit alongside our standard terms and conditions.
