SAL's own counter is open on weekdays only, from 9:00am to 4:30pm, so documents dropped off on a Saturday or Sunday are submitted on the next working day.

Getting here by MRT
Suntec City is served by Esplanade (Circle Line) and Promenade (Circle and Downtown Lines). From Esplanade, take Exit A, about a three-minute walk. From Promenade, take Exit C and walk through Suntec City mall. From City Hall (East-West and North-South Lines), allow eight to ten minutes through CityLink Mall and the underground link. Then follow the signs to Suntec Tower One and take the lift to level 12.
